Chinese President Xi Jinping came to Beijing's subsidiary administrative center in the city's Tongzhou district for an inspection tour on Friday morning.

Xi visited the “City Green Heart” area along the way, inspected the design models of the sub-center’s “Green Heart”, theater, library, museum and transportation hub and knew in detail about the planning and construction of major projects in the sub-center.

This is the third stop of Xi’s inspection tour of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Xi visited Xiongan New Area in Hebei Province and Tianjin from Wednesday to Thursday.
