Chinese Vice Premier Liu He, also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chief of the Chinese side of the China-US comprehensive economic dialogue, spoke over the phone with US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. The two sides discussed key issues in the trade talks and determined the next step in work arrangements.
