Arriving at a local pharmacy at 5 am, Feng and his colleagues waited in line to help residents in Huiminyuan community buy medicine for chronic disease.

After 12 hours, they finally got all the medicine needed and prepared to deliver nearly 100 bags of medicine in one day.

As there were too many bags to carry and the box they brought was unable to hold all medicine, Feng found a fresh way to carry them. He knotted the small bags of medicine together and hang the medicines on his body.

When asked about his behavior, he replied, “It’s more convenient to deliver all the medicine this way. I can bring them into the car easily.”

It’s the hope from patients and their families that drives him to serve the community.

Grassroots workers at community level like Feng Feng are making all-out efforts to help locals live a convenient life amid the coronavirus outbreak.
