BEIJING, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- China's culture and tourism authorities have issued measures to solve financial, social security and employment difficulties for enterprises amid the novel coronavirus outbreak, according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) Tuesday.
