Working with mobile phones and motorcycles, the 20 deaf deliverymen earn money, as well as respect from society.

When they first started, it was hard for them to communicate effectively with shops and customers. Initially, they would get calls asking them to hurry up, and they could only hang up the phone and send text messages to apologize.

Helping and supporting each other, the deliverymen have established a stable communication method with shops and customers. They have their own delivery tools and make enough money to support their families.

Now, they rarely receive negative reviews on their personal profile pages on the logistics platform.

Some of the shops in Weifang offer affordable meals, and a lot of customers will go downstairs to personally pick up their meals.
