The emblem, which was chosen based on entries from the public, consists of red, yellow and blue, showing the spirit of disabled athletes. The left part of the emblem resembles an athlete fighting hard and the digital "7," the symbol of the 7th National Special Olympics Games.
The right part looks like both the digital "10" and "the wheelchair for the disabled." They form a burning flame of passion.
