A magnitude-6.0 earthquake jolted the city of Delingha in northwest China's Qinghai Province at 00:21 Saturday morning, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter is located in an uninhabited area which is 126 kilometers away from Delingha City.

A task force has been dispatched to the epicenter area and local firefighters in Qinghai and neighboring Gansu provinces have been on standby.

There have been no reports of casualties and damages so far.
