China's State Council to establish new system to lead work on fertility policy

The State Council has agreed to establish an inter-ministerial joint meeting system to optimize the work of its fertility policy, according to a government notice published on Friday.

Meanwhile, the old system of involving the National Health and Family Planning Commission is revoked.
