Shijiazhuang in North China's Hebei Province is about to initiate its second round of city-wide COVID-19 tests, aiming to finish within two days, Vice Mayor Meng Xianghong said at a Sunday media conference.

The test venues for 11 million people will be optimized in terms of test capacity and convenience of location.
