The Kashgar Prefecture in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region identified 13 asymptomatic COVID-19 cases on Monday, local health authorities said in a press briefing.   

All of the new cases were detected in the Shufu County in south Xinjiang's Kashgar Prefecture.
