Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning made this remark at a regular press briefing when asked if the outcome of the US presidential election would impact China's foreign policy or China-US relations.
China's policy toward the US is consistent, and China will continue to handle China-US relations based on the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and win-win cooperation, Mao said.
