Uruguay's President Yamandu Orsi is in Beijing for a seven-day state visit to China from February 1 to 7. His trip coincides with the 38th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Uruguay on Tuesday, underscoring the growing depth of bilateral relations.
