The platform integrates resources across the legal, taxation, financial, foreign affairs, trade, logistics, customs and trade promotion fields. It connects government departments, industry associations, service providers, Chinese embassies and consulates abroad, as well as over 100 foreign investment promotion agencies.
It aims to provide one-stop public services for approximately 52,000 overseas enterprises, hundreds of thousands of foreign trade firms, and thousands of overseas project contracting and labor cooperation companies.
The launch follows a State Council-approved guideline issued by several government departments in October 2025, which called for an upgrade to the former "Going Global" public service platform. That platform, launched in 2015, had received 480 million visits.
The Ministry of Commerce said it would work with relevant parties to enhance the platform, focusing on improving the international competitiveness of companies, regulating their overseas operations, and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests.
