China will refine supportive regulations and policies for the Private Sector Promotion Law, according to a government work report submitted on Thursday to the country's top legislature for deliberation.

The Private Sector Promotion Law will be refined to consolidate the legal and institutional basis for ensuring equal access to production factors, a level playing field for market competition, and effective protection of private economic entities' lawful rights and interests, according to the report.
