Four killed in north China's coal mine accident

TAIYUAN, April 2 (Xinhua) -- Four people trapped in a coal mine accident in north China's Shanxi Province were confirmed dead by local authorities on early Thursday.

The accident happened in Xingxian County of Shanxi at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday when roof collapsed in the coal mine, trapping four people. Their bodies were recovered as of 2:46 a.m. Thursday.
