BEIJING, April 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun on Monday expressed concern over the U.S. interception of a vessel after media reports said the U.S. had seized an Iranian cargo ship heading towards an Iranian port.

As U.S. forces have intercepted and taken custody of an Iranian-flagged cargo ship and Iran said it has currently no decision to send a negotiating delegation for peace talks, the prospect of an expected second round of U.S.-Iran talks remains unclear.
