China on Friday said it is willing to work with the US to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, expand practical cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
Guo Jiakun, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made the remarks at a regular press briefing in Beijing in response to a question regarding recent talks between Chinese and US presidents.

During Trump's state visit to China, the two sides reached important consensus on maintaining stable economic and trade relations, expanding practical cooperation across various fields, and properly managing differences, Guo told the conference.
"China stands ready to work with the US to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state," Guo said.
He added that both sides should uphold the principles of equality, mutual respect, and mutual benefit, continuously expand cooperation, and strive for win-win outcomes.
