China has noted the Thai court's verdict, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Thrusday when asked about the sentencing of the perpetrators of the 2015 Bangkok terrorist attacks to death.

"The terrorist bombings that year resulted in the deaths of 20 people, including seven Chinese citizens, and injuries to over 100 others."

The perpetrators were utterly inhuman and heinous, Lin said.

China supports Thailand's efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice and severely punish them, Lin added.
