At an altitude of over 4,000 meters on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, many children in remote pastoral communities once faced barriers to education. For nearly 30 years, educator Genggazhaxi has traveled across the rugged mountains and vast grasslands of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, visiting families one by one and encouraging parents to keep their children in school.

"Education can open up a bigger world," he often told them. His belief never changed: No child should be left behind.

Today, classrooms in this pastoral region are equipped with digital learning tools, school attendance is nearly universal, and more young people are pursuing opportunities beyond the mountains. For Genggazhaxi, the greatest reward is seeing children learn, dream and shape their own futures.
