BEIJING, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) - Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday called on China and Kyrgyzstan to work together to create a new chapter of high-quality development in bilateral relations.

Xi made the remarks in a signed article published in Kyrgyz media outlets ahead of his state visit to the Central Asian country.
