Chinese FM holds phone talks with Rubio on high-level interactions

BEIJING, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi spoke by phone on Thursday with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on high-level interactions between the two countries.
