8 dead, 1 injured after textile factory fire in south China's Guangdong

GUANGZHOU, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- At least eight people were killed and one injured after a fire broke out at around 3 p.m. on Sunday at a textile factory in the city of Foshan, south China's Guangdong Province, local authorities said on Monday.

Rescue efforts are still underway.
