'Peace Train-2026' aims to enhance China-Laos joint rescue

The China-Laos "Peace Train-2026" joint humanitarian medical rescue exercise concluded after a 17-day mission aimed at exploring operational models for cross-border rescue. Jiang Bin, spokesperson for the Chinese Defense Ministry, said on Thursday that the exercise enhanced the two militaries' emergency response capabilities and promoted regional peace and stability.
