The new Guangzhou Cultural Center is a major public cultural facility and livelihood project. Located in Haizhu District, northeast of picturesque Haizhu Lake and near the southern end of Guangzhou's new central axis, the center occupies a site of approximately 142,000 square meters, with a floor area of 54,000 square meters.

Blending traditional Chinese architecture with Lingnan garden design, the complex evokes the charm of a traditional water town. Its attractions include a public cultural center, Hanmo Garden, Chinese Folk Art Garden, Guangdong Garden and Guangdong Embroidery Garden. Together, these themed spaces recreate the grandeur of a traditional Chinese garden and serve as an urban living room where visitors can experience Lingnan's natural beauty and cultural heritage.
