Chinese and Austrian firefighters exchange expertise in emergency rescue

Firefighting professionals from China and Austria have wrapped up a week-long exchange program in southwest China's Yunnan Province, sharing expertise in emergency rescue and exploring opportunities for closer cooperation. The exchange comes ahead of Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker's official visit to China from November 2 to 7, as the two countries mark the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.
