Healthy, stable China-Philippines ties serve interests of both sides

BEIJING, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- China and the Philippines agreed on Tuesday that healthy and stable bilateral relations serve the interests of both sides and meet regional expectations.

The two sides also agreed to maintain diplomatic dialogue to that end.

The agreement was reached during phone talks between Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro.
