Ex-chairman of Moutai E-commerce Co. arrested for graft

Nie Yong, former chairman of the e-commerce arm of China’s top liquor maker Kweichow Moutai, has been arrested over bribery charges, according to procuratorate of southwest China’s Tongren City, Guizhou Province.

Nie was also the board member and legal person of Moutai E-commerce Co. He was dismissed from all positions in November 2018.
According to a statement released on Friday, Tongren's anti-graft commission had transferred Nie's case to the local procuratorate for review and future indictment after the investigation.
Tongren Municipal People's Procuratorate is handling Nie’s case.
