Xing has long abused his power and paid for sex, seeking personal interest by illegally accepting huge amounts of property for leadership promotion and personnel transfers.

He also intervened in judicial activities by violating disciplines, according to investigation results.

All treatment that Xing is entitled to was cancelled and his property was confiscated and transferred together with his case for review and prosecution, according to a notice in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China (CCDI)’s official website.
