At least 11 went missing, and three were rescued after a Chinese fishing boat capsized with 14 onboard in the waters off east China's Zhejiang Province on Saturday, according to local authorities. 

The incident happened around 6:00 p.m. BJT. 

Search and rescue operation is ongoing and an investigation into the cause of the incident is underway.
