CHENGDU, July 21 (Xinhua) -- A total of 1.35 million people have been affected by rain-induced floods in southwest China's Sichuan Province since flood season onset this year, local authorities said Tuesday.

Floods have triggered 350 geological disasters across the province, forcing the relocation of more than 58,000 people.

The precipitation in Sichuan has reached 352.4 mm, close to the annual average, and waters in 38 rivers have exceeded the warning levels.
