Yuan Renguo, former chairman of Kweichow Moutai has been dismissed from public office and expelled from Party for multiple offenses, including severely violating Party discipline and taking advantage of his position to seek profits and receiving a huge amount of property, according to a release from the website of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Committee of the CPC.

In accordance with the law, Yuan’s suspected criminal problem will be transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution.
