TIANJIN, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Lai Xiaomin, former board chairman of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., was executed Friday after being convicted of bribery, embezzlement, and bigamy.

The execution followed the approval of the Supreme People's Court and was carried out by a court in north China's Tianjin Municipality.
