The Xiongan New Area in North China's Hebei Province has been changing greatly since it was established two years ago. The area was established as part of measures to advance the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. 

It is a further new area of national significance after the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Shanghai Pudong New Area, according to a circular issued by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the State Council.

As today is the two-year anniversary of the establishment of Xiongan New Area, let's take a look at the significant changes of the Xiongan New Area.
