BEIJING, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) - Advanced technologies such as 3D printing and 5G will become an inevitable trend of China's health industry, China Daily reported Friday.

The country's healthcare market will reach 20 trillion yuan (2.85 trillion U.S. dollars) by 2030, Luo Jun, secretary-general of a Beijing-based healthcare think tank, was cited by the newspaper as saying.

Luo said that the country's healthcare industry has huge potential as it still lags behind those in the developed countries.

More high-end science and technology will be applied to the industry, which will be a major incentive for industrial growth, Luo said.
