HONG KONG, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam started to deliver the 2019 policy address Wednesday morning but was repeatedly disrupted by opposition legislators.

Lam was scheduled to deliver the policy address at a meeting of the HKSAR Legislative Council (LegCo), but shortly after she started her speech, LegCo President Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen announced to adjourn the meeting after some opposition LegCo members repeatedly disrupted the meeting.
