HONG KONG, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government on Thursday confirmed the first case of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hong Kong, following two highly-suspected cases reported on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
