The CHP's epidemiological investigations and relevant contact tracing on the confirmed cases are ongoing.

According to Hong Kong's Hospital Authority, as of Thursday noon, a total of 1,088 patients with confirmed or probable infections have been discharged from hospital after recovery, while 85 confirmed patients are currently hospitalized.

After a 55-year-old male patient diagnosed with COVID-19 passed away on Thursday, the COVID-19 deaths in Hong Kong's public hospitals increased to seven.

The HKSAR government announced on Thursday that they would begin to deliver 30 million locally-produced masks free-of-charge to all of HKSAR's approximately 2.88 million residential addresses starting on June 30. Each household will receive a pack of 10 disposable adult masks. Enditem
