China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Thursday announced the expansion of its COVID-19 vaccination program by lowering the minimum age for receiving the Fosun-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine from 16 to 12.
Those aged 12 to 15 will be able to make reservations online from 9 a.m. on Friday to receive the shot starting next Monday, the government said in a statement.
