China’s Hubei Province will open its all A-grade scenic spots for free starting Saturday until the end of the year.

This decision was announced by Zhang Wenbing, the deputy governor of Hubei Province, at a press conference on Friday. He said that all A-grade scenic spots in Hubei will open to the public for free admission starting August 8 until the end of the year, including the week-long National Day holiday.

“During the epidemic, people in the entire country donated medical supplies and daily necessities. This event reciprocated for that. When we receive water when in need, we shall return the kindness with a spring,” said Zhang.
