Tianjin reduced the coronavirus risk level of its Kanhaixuan residential community to low level on Friday. The community was the last of the city's high-level COVID-19 risk areas.

The community in Binhai district was classified as high risk on Nov 20 after four cases were detected.

Earlier, Shangdongwan community, Hangu Street and Block A and B of the cold-chain logistics area in the central fishing port in Binhai New Area had their coronavirus risk reduced to low.

Meanwhile, Teda Hospital will resume medical services on Dec 7 after a suspension caused by the visit of a confirmed COVID-19 patient.

The city recently conducted two large-scale rounds of coronavirus tests in Binhai New Area. All tests came back negative.
