BEIJING, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay a state visit to China from Sept. 10 to 12 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced here Thursday.

During Tokayev's visit to China, President Xi will hold talks with Tokayev and both of them will attend a signing ceremony and welcoming banquet, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang told a press briefing Thursday.
