A 4.6 magnitude earthquake hit Nyima County of southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region on Monday evening, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

At a depth of seven km, the epicenter was initially determined to be at 33.05 degrees north latitude and 86.81 degrees east longitude.
