Manhunt underway in Jiangxi Province for suspect in double-homicide

A manhunt is underway in for a suspect alleged to have shot and killed two people in two separate incidents in Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province.

Authorities have confirmed on the morning of August 20, Kuang Yulin murdered one person in the “Gudi Pipe Industry,” a building materials market area, and then claimed his second victim at the Huang Jin Dui Chengren Driving School.

Kuang is 174 cm tall, medium-build with very short hair.  

Kuang was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, yellow motorcycle helmet, sunglasses, and a black backpack. 

Kuang also has a scar on the back of his lower left leg and slightly twists when he walks. 

Witnesses saw Kuang driving away on a motorcycle with a front windshield and a white iron wire basket attached to the back, along with a light-colored parasol on the sidecar. 

Authorities have placed a 100,000-yuan reward urging the public to come forward with information that could help with the ongoing search and callers shall remain anonymous.  

Police identified the suspect as Kuang Yulin (ID number 36222819750316051X, Datang Village, Jinjiang Town, Shanggao County),
