North Korea's Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

The Central Committee of the WPK congratulated the 19th National Congress of the CPC in a statement and expressed their greetings to all the CPC members and other Chinese people.

“The Chinese people have made great progress in accomplishing the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the CPC and we are greatly pleased over it,” the statement said, before adding the WPK wishes the 19th National Congress of the CPC a success.
