Beijing: Electric cars and scooters will be prohibited from taking to the road

The newly revised "Measures for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of Beijing" stipulates that electric cars, scooters and other vehicles driven by a power plant are prohibited from being used on the road. If these vehicles are on the road, the traffic management department of public security agencies can detain the vehicle, and  the driver will be fined 200 yuan. The new regulation will be implemented on November 1.

Network platform which leaks more than 500 user’s content can be incriminated

Criminal Law states that network service providers which do not comply with information network security management obligations, and refuse to correct their wrong behavior after regulatory authorities instruct them to adopt the right measures, which leads to the leakage of 500 user’s content, or serious consequences, may be sentenced to jail terms up to three years, criminal detention or put under surveillance, with a fine or a separately imposed fine.

Maltreatment of the old, the sick, the disabled and the young can lead to three years in jail

"Whoever  mistreats a minor, an elderly person, a sick person or a disabled person in their care, and if the circumstances are flagrant, the abuser shall be sentenced to a jail term of less than three years or criminal detention.
