Online ticket sales for the upcoming International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing China have started. 

Tickets are available on aoyou.com. The regular ticket price is 120 yuan ($17.7), and the April 29 opening day and holiday tickets are 160 yuan. Those who reserve online from Jan. 20 to April 28 will enjoy a 10 percent discount. Group rates are also available.

Residents booking online will be able to enter the expo area by simply swiping their ID cards. 

For visitors who would like to spend the night in Yanqing district and to mitigate logjams during peak visiting hours, organizers are also offering "overnight tickets," allowing those who enter the expo area after 4 p.m. to continue their visit the next day, as long as the second day is not a holiday.

The expo in northwestern Beijing's Yanqing district will open from April 29 to Oct. 7, and it is expected to exhibit the latest in flower, fruit, and vegetable farming.
