The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA), an international organization jointly initiated by 29 member states headquartered in China, is holding its annual conference in South China's Hainan Province. Its mission is to pool positive energy for the development of Asia and the world. Chinese President Xi Jinping said that China always gives top priority to its relations with neighboring countries.
