Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will attend the 19th meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Beijing on November 30, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokespersonZhao Lijianannounced at a press briefing on Thursday.

The meeting, hosted by India, will be held via video link, said Zhao.

On December 2, Li and Russian Prime MinisterMikhail Mishustin will hold the 25th regular meeting of the Chinese and Russian heads of government via video conference, Zhao also announced.
