Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Xiongan New Area in north China's Hebei Province on an inspection tour Wednesday, the second such visit in two years. 

At the service center for Xiongan citizens, he listened to the overall plan, policies and current construction of the Xiongan New Area and communicated with the staff, citizens and companies at the service counter while talking with construction workers via video chat.

President Xi visited Anxin County in Xiongan on February 23, 2017.
