Officers and soldiers from the Heilongjiang border defense force participate in a one-week training in China's northeast frontier where the temperature is -30C.

Despite the extreme cold, officers and soldiers completed various forms of training, such as powering down, rubbing their body with snow and snow wrestling to test and strengthen their ability to carry out diverse tasks.
